Evidently you have no idea what goes on in the minds of these people.
Reproductive rights are not included in what rights they believe animals should have.
They can come up with plenty of reasons to spay and neuter your pets but it all boils down to their desire to end human interaction with any kind of animals.
Keep a whole generation of something from breeding and you have no more for humans to mess with.....That is the goal.
