SE IL | Couple comments
1st RC is pretty much a thankless job. Everyone has something to complain about but most have zero gumption to attempt to run for RC or fix it themselves. Just complain someone else isnt.
2 What they are doing is neccesary, hard to tell from pics maybe they went overboars but better than doing nothing. Around here most roads are so flat when it rains their is more water on the rd than the ditch.
3 Timing could be better. Best if rainy season is over to prevent the slop mess for a while that you have, however when the rainy season is over...there are roads to patch, mowing, oiling and many other things to do when its nice and dry....a guy can only do so much. | |
