Central IA		I would kill for that! Our county digs in next to the shoulder to build the crown up. The water then can't get to the ditch and further washes out the side of the road. Every driveway has a curb now, and after even a .25" rain, the sides of the road are complete mush. We basically have one lane roads after a sprinkle. I'll trade ya road crews.
