Oh I love the taste. Think I prefer the skinless boneless mackerel better. It’s partly because that brand of mackerel only comes in one layer of fish, yet plenty of yummy olive oil. The extra oil seems to make it more palately pleasant. Grew up eating smoked herring and occasionally sardines. Though the sardines weren’t skinless boneless back then.

These sardines are the King Oscar brand. Just picked up some Season brand too. All are skinless boneless in olive oil. Never tried the Dijon mustard until today. It takes a little getting used to.

Think I pigged out on them mainly due in part to the recent infection that was so hard to get rid of. It made my joints and muscles hurt so badly from head to toe. Never experienced any kind of sickness like that before and it lasted well over a month. Am still taking the green lipped muscle oil too. Pretty sure the body aches were even more severe due to being run down from overworking and not enough time to rest.
