Pittsburg, Kansas | First off, buy good ones not cheap ones. I like the ones packed in olive oil. I eat them with a spoon to get all the fish oil and olive oil with the fish.
Next try them with Dijon mustard and Capers. I have really came to appreciate them and their taste for lunch.
My good friend doctor from Copenhagen says to put a small piece of anchovy on top of each bite but I have not worked up to that. I did try one bite like that from his anchovies and surprisingly it was not too bad. But he buys very high qulity anchovies, not like the salty dried ones like used on pizza. They are very strong, the fillets he buys in small tins like sardine tins are much milder. But I am not there yet.
A very good way to get daily Omega 3 fish oil in a persons diet.
