Satshot is good recommendation. Might try Upper Midwest AeroSpace Consortium - http://dngp.umac.org/newdngp372/index.php I got started with them, and while you can see they focus on SD and north, they might have access to data for your area. We have acquired our own color infrared camera, and take 1 -2 meter/pixel CIR and true color imagery, and find it useful. Am experimenting with ground based units too - hollandscientific (crop circle) and ntech (greenseeker)
