I ExPLAINED A COUPLE WEEKS AGO THAT I TAKE THIS DIET IN MODERATION ….JUST NOW I REALIZE ITS CALLED LAZY DIRTY , OK , I CAN LIVE WITH THAT...……...sorry about the caps, I never looked up from typing...…….anyhoo, had to sway away from the ittermitant for a few weeks as I am on pain pills for root canal infection and they say take with food …….hopefully get that fixed by next week ,dentist that do this have quite the waiting list
