NW IA | I agree, with Dave, do not dial it back. I have been on meds for 10 years, and they still were not doing the trick. Last spring, my labs were the worst they ever were, partly due to being gone a fair amount and poor diet. After that I went low carb, and probably only lost about 10 lbs, but definitely lost inches. The last two blood tests were perfect, some even a little low, same meds. The only change was low carb, now we are looking at cutting back the meds. It works, period. | |
