Yikes on the rate...

All electric here, normal rate averages out to about .10, heat is .045.  2400 sq ft house(2 story), ceiling radiant heat, baseboards in one large room in the basement was $185 last month.  500 sq ft office, new construction(stand alone building), spray foam walls, tons blown in the ceiling, floor heat was $45.

I'd be looking elsewhere, too.
