Emporia, ks | Now they want me to take another PSA test and if it's more than 4.5, they want to do a MRI & biopsy. They said if the MRI would show suspected areas, they would concentrate on them for the biopsy which sounds like a good thing. If the biopsy tested positive for cancer, they would remove the prostate. If it does not not test higher than 4.5 he suggested the TURP. This Dr said he used to do the laser treatment but now does the TURP instead for some reason. I didn't like that. I've talked to several that had that procedure and said they had ED after it. I don't see a silver lining in any of this! |
