After watching that, I am hesitant to do it!
I agree, that is intense. Something will be sore for a long while. I am kind of a wimp on this stuff. I had a p biopsy and felt it for a week.
I think it is a good idea not to watch videos of a procedure you are about to have. I made the mistake of watching a YouTube of a rotator cuff surgery before. I about backed out when they shoved the 5 cannulas in to the bone.
