Subject: What rotor speed and concave settings?

Sounds like you need to speed up the rotor and tighten the concave.
Does your head feed evenly? Last year we completely rebuilt our sicle, all new sections and guards, probably increased ground speed by 1/2 mph just because it cuts cleanly and feeds sooo much better.

In 20" notill beans yeilding 65 bpa we were running 3 to 4 mph with a 20' 1020 on a early 1640 that is severely underpowered.
