NE Ohio
I am running dry 2x2 on my planter. 7 acres to a fill gets old real quick. currently I put down all of my p & K with the planter. I am strongly considering going to in furrow or in furrow and 2x0 when i upgrade planters in the next year or two. and then broadcasting the majority of my p&K.

Had a field this year that i picked up at the last minute. It got no fert at planting because i was out. broadcast 250Lb of 9-23-30 on it a few days after planting when i was doing my beans down the road. It got side dressed with urea when the rest of the corn did. Man you can really see the difference. It might not be so drastic with some better management and an earlier split application of N, but with the way this year is going, im just glad its growing.
