I had to provide a certified copy of my birth certificate to renew my cdl. I drove over to the courthouse in county I was born and paid them $20 for it. How do these foreigners provide that.
Almost every week there is a semi off the road by me. Is there a number for dot enforcement I can call when I see this? Most of them shouldn't be behind a wheel.
