Years back I took my driving test with my '76 KW, very bare bones. Minimal everything on it. The lady almost didn't know what to do when I did my pretrip. She was legitimately asking me questions because she didn't know. It went very fast. She was confused about air assist steering. The only mark against me, was on one of the streets I had to turn left on, it angled back and away from the street I was on. With my trailer being longer, I had to take it wider. I took it too wide and backed up a hair instead of jumping the curb. I didn't want to scuff my tire or rim. And of course somebody parked close on the opposite side of that street. My r.r. tracks were cones. I backed into the "dock", cones again. Went simple and easy. I'd like to know how some of these foreigners are able to obtain a CDL. I think there's a "special" CDL that these people get, because they are definitely something else.
