WC MN | Only problem with that is i never seem to plant when soil temps are 68-70 degrees. My corn chills at night and warms up in daytime. Some will sit dormant down below while some will sprout at 1.5”. Its a good experiment but i find to many variable to make it legitimate. In my neck of the woods. Soil temps will be 50-60 in the day and drop to 40-50 at night. So the deeper you go the less warmth that recieves. | |
