E.Central MN | I think the double yellow line means that its ok to pass 10 or more cars/trucks...especially if there's a curve ahead that limits visibility. LOL. Had a guy follow us into a grocery parking lot to inform us that we were supposed to slow down to let him merge into our lane when the sign indicated that his lane ends. I suppose we could have, but he was the one that pulled into the right lane at several intersections where it was clear that there wasn't a thru lane (not only did the sign say his lane ended, but there were vehicles parked in the right lane once you get past the intersection for ex). There wasn't that much traffic anyway, but he just thought that the new zipper merge rules meant that we should always alternate vehicles whenever one lane ends. Life is so cruel sometimes. | |
