If the average speed is over the posted speed limit then I guilty of holding up traffic as I set my cruise 1 mile below the posted speed and have no intention of speeding up just because someone else thinks they are privileged enough to not have the laws are meant for them.  Bear in mind that most of the highways are posted for 75 and some of them for 80 MPH.
