Pretty high turnover rate for those jobs, or at least in our areas. They are all ladder climbing for more pay, tough to keep a officer in our area. They rotate in and out of here in less than every three years. Same with Dept. of Ag. jobs within the state, their turnover rate is close to every three years because of incompetence in upper management and also the lack of support from current governors people. So every election you get a new set of people to train, very costly on the producers side of things. We get good people in those jobs, but they get tired of dealing with the politics inside of their own administration and the H.R. departments and their ridiculous rules and how they administer policy. We have employees that want to save taxpayers money, but as you all well know government isn't setup to save money just spend, spend and make more rules that are asinine. Same can be said for BLM & FS as well.
