you are in a tough situation as there is no economically feasible way to reduce the soil calcium concentration to a reasonable level. you could install drainage tile if there is an outlet for it. it would help somewhat but still would not lower the calcium concentration much. Assume the low area is one of those "old buffalo wallows" that are found all over the midwest, just more common in your neck of the woods. There are some liquid fertilizer companies touting products that can be applied in furrow to mitigate the effects of the high pH but have not seen any unbiased studies.
