If you want 2 years of hay . You could plant organic wheat and frost seed clover in spring. Then harvest wheat and bush hog the cloverand then the next summer bush hog again and you might be able to harvest some clover seed in the late summer. Id think you could grow clover down there. clover is probably easy to sell.. good luck archie ps Id probably put a little grass seed in the frost seeding
