You have too much lateral run there. The lateral should not be more then a third of the vertical run. You are condensating with that much horzinal run.
I know you probably won't want to cut another hole in roof but run b vent pipe and turn it straight up.
As already stated sidewall vent would need a power venter. They are pricey
