N. Illinois | If you change the angle into one straight run as indicated by my red line you’re guaranteed to have condensation running back to your heater. That’s why whoever installed it ran it downhill on the first horizontal piece. Through the roof indicated by my blue line would more than likely drip condensation back into the heater. You could probably cheat it and run the exhaust downhill from where it comes outta that wall and goes into the 90. Still might get water dripping and rotting out the 90. Why does he need an exhaust fan? Can’t he just have dual wall through the wall and dump the exhaust right there into the cold storage?
