SE South Dakota | Anyone here do any sandblasting?
Backstory:
Our farm is rural but a major highway runs by our place. A passerby could see anything happening on our farm.
A cousin intends on coming back to the farm this spring. He is already a really good welder but wants to keep himself busy. Sandblasting our own equipment and doing it for hire was one of his ideas.
My questions are:
Can he legally sandblast outside?
If we cant sandblast outside, what are the costs to fit a building with the necessary ventilation system?
Any other considerations?
