Local business has a quonset hut set up just for blasting. He can fit highway trucks in it. He also has fab/teardown shops too and ends up rebuilding anything from smaller commercial gear to large cranes - and then sells them once fixed up and rebuilt. He also gets a ton of insurance write offs and rebuilds them.
He's made a lot of $$$ in his lifetime, many millions.
