My vote is to learn yourself. As others have mentioned, definitely have someone competent around to check your placement and assist on the ones you can't get through (trust me, that will happen)
When I was learning it took me 2 weeks to really feel comfortable with the job I was doing, but i was only breeding 2-5 per day. Have been doing all the breeding here since April. Those first 2 weeks were very tough and frustrating, but now %95 of the heifers i breed are a cake walk.
