I'd learn to do it myself but I wouldn't do that many right out of AI school. I'd still pay a professional for a while but do a few yourself and continually get better and build up your confidence. You've got to get your arms in cows to learn but you don't have to give up your percent bred. Always good to be able to do it yourself if need be. Just takes time.
