SW OH | We have a 2615 legend and 110 HP is plenty. It gets hooked to whatever is handy and the 4010 is the best match. I've even pulled it with a 50 HP tractor in the pasture. We have a stout 4430 that can smoke the clutches in a hurry.
As far as the PTO brake goes I always idle down and drive into tall grass as I turn off the PTO to save the brake. On the 4430 we keep a 5/16" carriage bolt in the dash under the PTO lever. This stops the handle from going down far enough to apply the brake.
