| I only charge my landlords for the cost of materials as I install the tile myself. When I give them the invoice for the materials I have on there a paragraph stating that by signing here they are agreeing to a 7yr agreement at fair rent rate and if either party terminates lease then remaining balance will be due prorated on time remaining on the 7 yrs. Probably wouldn’t hold up in court but I hope that I have built up a good enough relationship that it would never have to be tested. | |
