South cental Ohio | A new year and my health insurance has risen again to a tune of more than $760 a month.... just for me- 59 year old single white male with no health issues ever. My insurance has went up close to $90 a month per year for the last several years. I just can't bring myself to write a check for it this time. What is a guy suppose to do when it gets to the point where I about can't afford it??? I don't qualify for any assistance and I already have about the lowest health insurance coverage now. I've been "grandfathered" in to the insurance ( won't say the name but it is suppose to be a Farm Bureau companion- M.M. ) that I have now, or so they say. I happen to be in one of the counties that my current health insurance doesn't accept anymore....so to my understanding I can't change my policy. I admit that I am totally stupid about my insurance but I'd like to hear some suggestions on how others/ you are handling this. Thanks. | |
