Subject: RE: Who here needs Trump so they can farm???

Personally if there is a "magic" of Trump it's that he spends time with folks actually doing the job. When he built buildings rather than only listen to the "don't get dirty" managers, he would go to the site, see it for himself and talk to those doing the work. I think it gives a leader better perspective (or at least some perspective vs. none for the majority of leaders)

On the other hand, our prices are not Trump's fault. China has always been an issue and discussed for years here. Lots of folks choose to ignore large carry overs and wonder why we don't have $5 corn and $12 beans. That's just stupid and if enough people complain and demand a political solution, it won't be good. The last thing we want is USSR type agricultural plans. I recognize an LDP isn't earth shattering, but things get better much faster without it.

The market nor the government owes us a living. We all have the skill to make it work if we want to. It might mean selecting only needs instead of everything you want.
