I agree. If it's needed and the wage or profit can't attract labor, the price of the good needs to rise until it's attractive. Dairy farmer would probably make a living on par with a good lawyer or doctor before we start filling all the labor needs, if foreign workers with very low expectations were not in the labor pool.
