SE Manitoba
You seem to have a good handle on your rations and your inputs.
The cattle look very good and appear to be doing well.

One question - - - you're talking about serious inclement weather swings - - - yet your mixture (not sure if I should call it a grain mixture) is not covered.
One possible result could be if you get a bunch of freezing rain on this stuff your weights are going to need to change - - - and by quite a bit - - - to keep your dry matter intake at the same plane.
Because that freezing rain will only penetrate a little into the pile it might not seem like its any kind of issue but I'm betting that 5% swings (in dry matter intake) would be real easy to have.

Your holding area looks like all it would need are pony walls and a roof to keep most of the weather out.

Or - - - maybe I'm all wet.
