Clarke county, IA | Being young I didn't realize how much more it was worth being that close and just how good of a deal it was at that price. That being said if I find ground that's priced right but further away then I want to drive it can always be rented out. Had loan officer whose farm I worked on part time few years ago tell me not wait for the right piece to come up for sale but to buy if the numbers worked, can always sell it later if piece you really want comes up for sale. | |
