Clarke county, IA | There was some ground in my area that wouldn't have been bad buy in 2009-2010 timeframe. In 2009 I drug dad to an auction where piece 1/4mi down the road sold for around 2200/tillable acre with 2yrs remaining on lease for 200/ac, he didn't buy it. I was 16 at the time and have kicked myself ever since for not figuring out a way to own it. For what it sold for I'd have it 2/3s paid without any outside income. I'll never let that happen again. | |
