Hindsight is always 20/20 but a guy sure can tell who bought a lot in the late 90s and early 2000s. Buying at the right time is mostly luck though, happen to be at the right age or in a good postion to buy. A guy doesnt know until 10+ years later whether or not it was a bargain.
Bought ground in late 70s that was worth 1/3 what gave for it for it in 1989. Got back to what gave for it 93-94 time frame. Didn't buy any ground for 20 years. Bought some in 1978, didn't buy anymore till 1998, then 2000, 2003, 2009, 2012,13,14,15,16,17, 18,19..Don't plan on buying any in 2020, buy then again wasn't planning on buying anymore after 2012 purchase either.
