My wife has always wanted a mud room with a toilet, shower and a big sink, for me to preclean myself before setting foot in the house, as well as washer and dryer to peal off the dirty stuff, and to deal with dirty pets when coming in from outside. Lots of space to hang coveralls, and some kind of boot holder to put wet boots kind of like the weather tech floor mats. A good vent fan to keep the moisture out. Of course if your going to shower you would want it warmer than 50 or 60 degrees, so now we’re talking about heat. Only takes money! Good luck. Oh yeah and also a place to warm and dry the occasional frozen baby calf....
