About the beacon. There were several people killed in an eastern Wisconsin car/older combine accident not long ago that probably could have been avoided by a simple beacon on the combine. Ever since reading about that, everything I drive on or near a road has a beacon.

Safety is another reason, in addition to comfort, why I like this side door in this hay application. Reminds me of the stupid stuff I used to do.

The cab was very much appreciated yesterday when putting out hay in 40 mph wind gusts. Most of you know what happens when you have a hay bale up high to put it in a feeder and the wind shifts to blowing towards you.
