One more option that I thought of that I'd try first.

When the brakes start dragging loosen a sevice hose (not a park or emergency hose) either on the chamber or the service valve. Could be the abs service valve is not releasing air on one side when you let off the brake peddle.

If you loosen a hose and some air comes out it will release the brake and you have found your problem (abs service valve).

I highly doubt it being stuck pins in clevis like others have mentioned or it would do it all the time, and the chances of stuck pins all on one side would be rare.
