Picked up a 2016 Wilson trailer that sat on dealers lot for 2 weeks

About an hour after I picked it up, all the brakes on the left side started dragging. It is a Tri axle. The brake chambers were not fully releasing. I backed the slack adjusters off to get home.

Sat in my heated shop overnight. Drained air tanks the next morning. No sign of moisture out of the tanks. Readjusted and greased brakes up. Everything was fine all day yesterday.

This morning I took off from my shop again. About an hour later brakes started dragging again. Just like last time, all 3 on the left side only.

Ideas?

I had this happen two weeks ago except is was only one trailer brake dragging. It sounds to me like you've two slacks that are not releasing for some reason. In my case, I got under there and pulled the pin from the clevis and then was able to pound the auto slack ahead with a hammer to release the brake.
