Sac & Story county IA | I got in a discussion one day with a fellow that hires things made in China. He was of the opinion that he had to buy there or costs would kill his company. He said the Chinese can do any quality of work. But if every specification isn't spelled out, they will cut corners. I came away with the opinion that most people that write specifications are in over their head. | |
