4 miles S of I-74, 6 miles N of I-72 | I agree that ARC should be done away with. Weather can cause yield differences within a few miles. I disagree with ARC do to the govt getting involved in business to help one entity over another. If my competition is getting a hand up by the govt and I don’t because of a line on a map its not pure competition. Let the market place decide the winners and losers not the goverment. |
