EC North Dakota | Years ago we had a neighbor who liked to brag about working 20+ hours a day.
I was backhoeing a big tile in when they pulled in across the road to plow. I decided I was going to keep hoeing until they quit. At 9 pm they parked all the tractors by the approach and let them idle with their lights on, and left. At 4 am someone came and shut the tractors off. Next day they were in town talking about how they ran all night the night before.
The tractors did anyway. | |
