Subject: Introductory Precision Electronics

NW, Pennsylvania
What are some decent introductory electronics for my planter/sprayer/combine? And where do can I find them? There are several options out there, but do not really know what is best. My equipment lineup is: Planter- JD 7000 6-row, Sprayer- Hardi Nav800 pull type with 45 ft boom span and a Hardi 155 3-Pt hitch type with 30 ft boom span, Combine- JD 6620.

Thanks

EDIT: I guess I should mention what I want to do with the electronic monitoring. The planter I would like to monitor plant population and how much starter fertilizer I am applying to each row. The sprayers I would like to monitor how much fluid is be pumped through the system and maybe eventually integrate the pull type with a flow controller. The combine I would like to monitor yield and moisture. The end goal is to be able to make a grid map of the farm, but I realize that way down the road. I just need somewhere to start, so I can get the ball moving.
