What if, as part of the EULA, they collect certain data -- insisting it is necessary in order to manage your desktop? What if they reserve the right to share that data with a third party? And no one has ever accused Microsoft of focusing too much on secure software. I have Windows 10 on one desktop. Came with it, new. To say I am underwhelmed would be an understatement. I will continue to use my Windows 7 machines as long as I can safely. At that time, they will be converted to Linux and probably run faster than they did out of the box. |
