NW Ohio | First of all, it is Trimble's business philosophy that the dealer is responsible for training/installation.
Second of all, if brand new, I am calling BS as there is a manual with a cable guide in the box. If all else fails RTFM.
Lastly, the kit normally doesn't come with the rubber duck unless ordered specifically and on flat ground I have hit over 3 miles with it.
Moral of the story... Go to a reputable dealer or demand/pay for training. | |
