| I am beginning to dread the simple act of going to bed. Haven't sleep walked yet but that's probably next. Lots of thrashing around and fighting the demons. In the last couple weeks it has cost me to completely lose a toenail. As well as all the skin off one elbow. And lots and lots of black and blue all over.
I recall having really bad nightmares as a kid. But I should know better by now.
I thought maybe my breathing machine(jazzed up CPAP) would help, but may have made it worse.
I know this is a pretty touchy subject of personal nature. But if anyone has a helpful suggestion to a terrible situation I would be most appreciated. | |
