ESW ND | To the OP, do you have them all the time or from time to time? Watch what you eat before you go to bed. Sugars, starches in pastas are triggers for me, sweets after 9 for me are deal breakers. Sugar sweats and weird dreams by 3am. I'm young and I have to kinda watch what I eat in the eves on account of that....probably not a bad thing either. Sugar and then sleep are a bad combo for anybody. It amazes me what kind of things a person can dream up, crazy, weird, and absurd things you've never seen or even thought of before, but I can come up with it. I've been trying to dream of the winning lottery numbers, but yeah, my dreams would qualify me for medication instead. | |
