Omar My computer guy said he thought it was a matter of the switching time, as many suggested on ComT page. I'm sure those things are measured in milliseconds & I wouldn't believe specs if they were printed. I'm always dubious of computer type claims these days. One camera is a 7.2 megapixel & the next camera costing $500 less is a 7.1 mp. I doubt one of them. Seems to be lots of numbers like that these days in "precision" things. If a part costs 12 cents to produce, I doubt the precision. That's just me. JD says they have 41% torque rise & some kind of power bulge number. Now I read that Nebraska Tests say "no you don't...". What good are the claims? You have to get the crap home, plug it in & find out for yourself. My computer friend also said he has found from experience that the models of LESS than 1300mw from APC do not switch as quickly. He finds only the 1300 & above to be worthwhile. Again, a "here" thing. |
