I'm gonna bet that PA sees more rainfall, and therefore faster decomposition than Cedar County NE. So, you both may be speaking the truth.




I would think it's the opposite because of lack of heat....but panotiller and I may as well be in different works where we farm. I am in NWPA. We get 6 months of winter. 2 months of spring. 1.5 months of summer and rest is wet cloudy fall. Ha.
